I just wanted to give a very big thank you to all of your loving thoughts. It has been so wonderful to hear stories and/or just know that my parents touched other people's lives. They were very kind big hearted people that would do anything they could for anyone. I know it would make my mom very happy to hear all your blog comments.
We arrived in Pismo Beach Sunday and have met some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Detective Steven Crawford took excellent care of my parents personal belongings, motorhome, car and most importantly Annie (the schanuzer). Detective Trimble who took time to come meet with us on Sunday when we arrived to just answer questions. The loving people at Pismo Coast Village, the SLO Animal Shelter and the County Victims Advocate. Everyone has been so gracious to us and all took care of everything to make it as easy as possible for us to handle the "details".
Again thank you all for your prayers!

Thank you so very much for sharing with us. We loved your parents, and they loved back in return, as is evidenced by their blog posts and their correspondence with us bloggers. There is a big void in our hearts and in our world.
I offer my condolences to you, and to the "grands".
Thank you, Stephanie, for letting us know how you are doing. It's nice to know you have so much help in this very difficult time. We have all been thinking about you. Our hearts go out to you and your kids, please know that lots of prayers are being said for you all, and for your parents. They were important to many, many people.

Thank-you for thinking of us in the middle of your own shock and grief.
Your family will have a special place in my heart forever.
I'm glad you have found comfort in the messages and the kindness of the Pismo Beach people. It was good to hear Annie is safe too.

You are so thoughtful that in the midst of your sorrow, you set aside your grief to let us know you're ok. Thank you.

Thank you for the kind update.
If your SLO Victims Advocate is named Bonnie, please tell her I would come back up there just for her Chocolate Oatmeal cookies. She is incredibly kind (and will probably be able to tell who I am from that request).
I hope and pray the "details" are as easy as possible...
Thanks for keeping us up to date, as you might have figured out by now your mother and her blog have endeared her to many folks and their tragic passing has impacted many of us.
Brenda and I have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers and hope that somehow that will help you through this terrible time.
Thank you for the update and am so thankful that our many prayers have begun to be answered ~ you having great people to help you while you are in California.
I also just wanted to add...if you plan a memorial service for your folks in Tumwater we would be honored to be there to assist in any way we can. We make our base home in Blaine and that is just four hours from us ~ a very easy trip for us.
May God continue to be with all of you during these upcoming days.
thank you Stephanie for keeping us up to date...your mom and dad are in our thoughts every hour of the day..as are you and your family..your parents would be so proud of you. There is a huge void in the 'blogging community'..we all miss your parents terribly.

Stephanie, what a joy it is to see your update. It's a sad time and you have many rough days ahead of you, but lean on the Lord to get you through it all. I don't know if your parents realized just how many people cared about them. They will be missed! Your mother's blog was a bright spot in our lives each day.
I appreciate you taking the time to update the blog and keep us informed about what's happening. My heart goes out to you, your brother, your husband, your girls, and the other family members. May you have continued strength to carry on! We're praying for you, and be sure to let us know if we can help in any way.

Hello Stephanie and family,
Thank you for taking the time to update us. My heart skipped a beat when I saw "Bruce and Margie's Full Time Journey" post an update. Perhaps false hope that this was all a bad dream and Margie was posting another one of her beautiful daily writings. There certainly is still a void... I'm sure for all of us!
Please take care and know that there is an abundance of love and support going out to you and your family during this time and always!
The other day I came across a comment from your Mom to my blog post I titled:
"It's a small "world"?
Here is what she had to say:

Reading this brought both tears to my eyes but yet put a smile on my face. After reading the comment I suddenly felt a wave of peace come over me. And in that very moment I knew that both Bruce and Margie are most certainly watching over all of us.
These are two souls that certainly didn't take life for granted. =)

Thank you for the update. We are all in this with you. You are not walking alone. So many of us cared deeply for your parents.
Stephanie,
I too would like to thank you for posting during this very emotional time. I'm so very happy to hear that there are so many nice people helping all of you out. Please continue to post if you can, I'm sure I speak for others that it will also help our greiving process to know how you and the grands are doing.
Also, if you could post information about their service it would nice.
Take care,
Kelly
I feel that your Mom and Dad are guiding you now, somehow...Taking the time to keep the RV Blogging community in the loop is , no doubt, what your Mom would do. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you try to sort this all out....
We had rented a beach house in Pismo Beach to stay with our family and friends while we were preparing for our daughter's wedding on Sunday. Saturday morning the tragic accident happened just a few feet from the house. Some of our group was standing outside, the others were awoken by the noise. Even though there was a nurse and a fireman/EMT in our group that rushed to the scene, more importantly we want you to know that your parents were surrounded by prayers. My daughter found this beautiful blog. It was so comforting to have a glimpse into your parents lives.
We send to your our most heartfelt condolences and are continuing to keep your family in our prayers.
Dear Stephanie,
Thank you so much for the update, My heart leaped when I saw it. We are all still stunned, as you are, too. They were like "family" to us.
As an SPCA foster mom, and animal trainer, my thoughts also go to Little Orphan Annie. I hate to bother you at a time like this, but please could we have some updates on her. Was she pleased to see you? Did they take good care of her? How is she adjusting to her new life?
I have fostered, and adopted, dogs in her situation, they don't understand what is going on, so it is more traumatic for her. If that is possible. She might "shut-down" for a while. If you need help please contact me.
Also any pictures and news about the funeral would be appreciated by us all, I am sure.
My heart is so sad, they are missed, and leave a big void. We would like to hear from you again, when you have time. It does help to read your words, our only connection to them now.
Best wishes, Penny, TX
Stepanie, thank you so much for the update especially during your time of greif. My heart is filled with thoughts of your mom and dad and lots of prayers for you and Dennis and of course your families. My heart goes out to your 2 daughters, their Grandma and Grampa lived for them. For 2 nights I have been worried sick about poor little Annie and am very happy to know that you have her now. Annie and our little dog Abbie are about the same age and have known each other as long as Pete and I have known your mom and dad, as I mentioned prior, we both moved into Eagles Landing in Tumwater at the same time. Thank you again for the post update. Jan Irwin
Thank you for the update. I met your parents at church in Tumwater a couple of years ago and last fall Margoe and I weeded outside the church during a work party. That's when I got to know her a little better. She talked about her family, their trips and I felt I had gained a new friend.
I am so sorry for your (and our) loss.
With my prayers,
Therese Sprunger
I was very sad to hear what happened to your parents. It has been weighing heavy on my heart. I knew I couldn't pray for them, but I could pray for you and your family for your loss. I was so happy to see that they both had faith. "I am the resurrection and the life," Jesus said in John 11:25-26. "He who believes in Me shall live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die.
I have two granddaughters I adore with every bone in my body. Abby is one, Charlotte is 4. As fulltime RVers we now do not see them as often as we would like. But yet there is such a connection. We send postcards twice weekly. We talk on the phone. Those girls adore us and we them. They are never far from our thoughts.
Because of this, I have such concern for your beautiful daughters. How difficult this must be for them. My heart breaks thinking of their confusion and sadness. The love of a grandparent is so very special. Your parents had that wonderful love for your daughters.
I will continue to pray for these children and you all your family. Peace be with you during this sad time. I am glad you have people who are assisting you all by thought, word or deed.
Thank you for the update... I know you have so much to deal with. We have learned so much from your parents from their blogs. You read them over and over again just like they were letters from family. That's exactly how we think of them... as family. Our hearts were broken by the news... we lift you and your family up in prayer at this time. Thank you for sharing you parents with us. Rose & Mike
Thank you for the update during this very difficult time for you and your family.
Thinking of you and your loss.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I've just recently began reading Margie's blog. As a resident of the Pismo area, I was so excited to read about the fun they've had visiting the Central Coast. God Bless.
Stephanie, I have been following you mom and dad's blog on and off for awhile. I will miss their posts of all their adventures. We are praying for your family and the difficult time you are going through.
I would really love to see you keep your parents blogs up so others may learn what wonderful people they truly were. It would be such a fitting memorial to them. God Bless your family in this time of sorrow.
Stephanie and family,
My heart sank when I heard the news and my first thoughts were of your beautiful family. Knowing how many people loved this couple must bring great comfort.
Being new to "Bloggyland" it was Margie who taught me about the beauty of an online scrapbook. She was always so willing to provide help and was one of the first to "Follow" our blog. Her comments always made me smile.
Now, they sing a new song as they walk streets of gold. Wouldn't it be breathtaking to read the post about their walks now!
I pray God wraps His arms of comfort around your family and that those of us who "knew" your parents bring you strength. Remember,as hard as it seems right now,God wastes no experience.
In loving memory of Margie's salutations...“Until next time…..so long for now!”
Kathy
Thankyou for thinking of all your Mom & Dad's RVing Blogging friends in this time of such grief & sorrow for you. Like your Mom & Dad would have done, you have gone the extra mile in your thoughtfulness........
I have been reading your Mom's blog for the past year and I feel as though I have lost a friend. God be with you and your family during this difficult time. God just needed two special Angels.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mother always left wonderful, supportive comments. I cherished our friendship even though I didn't know her personally.
I don't know what to say.
Stephanie, I'm certain I know where your strength comes from. Your parents were very strong, kind, caring, loving and special people.
They will be forgotten.
Thank you for the update, I'm sure this is difficult for you at this time.
I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how things are going.
There is comfort in our blogs in knowing that we are all grieving as a community and I am happy that you find comfort in these comments(as do I), we all loved your parents dearly and they certainly touched our lives and we will cherish our time with them on this earth forever.
There are two new angels in heaven guiding and helping out in all of our travels.
God bless you and your family.
Thank you for the update during this very difficult time for you and your family. I will truly miss reading your Mom's blog each morning. Take care of those precious girls of yours. Margie and Bruce were lucky to have spent a wonderful summer with them. Something the girls can remember for a long time.
Thank you for having the presence of mind and the generosity of spirit to share with us what is happening in the aftermath of your parents' death. So glad you have Annie. I was worried about her.
Dear Stephanie,
I just got back and heard the shocking news about your parents over on Sharon's blog. I really liked your mom, even though I never met her. I am so sad and so sorry for your loss. I will be keeping you in my prayers.
God bless Margie and Bruce and your family. I never knew your mom face to face, but I read her blog. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Stephanie, and Family, I am so sorry for your loss, this is such a tragedy. I didn't know your parents but I have read their blog just after hearing about the accident. They sound like wonderful caring people and I am very sad for them and all of you. I have been praying for your family, I hope that God will reach out and carry you through this time of grief and sorrow. This was just a needless and senseless thing to happen. I don't know what else to say. I send my love to your family, and also to Annie.

Your parents had such a positive impact on the blogging community. Please know that so many people share your heart ache and sadness. Thank you for keeping us updated. This is such a heart wrenching situation. Please take care of yourself, the 'grands' and Annie.
So good to hear that everyone was so nice and understanding - especially that they took car of Annie so well.
Hi Stephanie, we have never met you but feel that we know you just from the wonderful people your parents were. I met your folks years ago when they would come to McDonalds for ice cream. I can still remember the first time I saw them in church. It was so exciting to see someone from my work at my church. God bless you all and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Kathy and Richard
